After the closing date of 25 April 2008, all entries will be assessed and scored by a team of trained NTA assessors. Top scoring entries are sent to the regions for Regional judging and a confirmation of progression will be sent to the entrants in June.
The entries that are short listed in the regional panels will be selected for on-site visits. Prior warning will be given and visits will take place in June and July.
Finalists will be announced in August and invited to attend the relevant regional ceremony held from September through to November 2008. Details of these events will be available on the website closer to the time.
The UK judging panel will then decide on one UK winner from each category in preparation for the UK gala ceremony in December. Finalists will find out at the regional events if they are finalists for the UK ceremony or not.
