One of the key strengths of the National Training Awards is the detailed written feedback we provide to all entrants. Whether your entry is successful or not, you will receive a report from the judges or assessors, based around the criteria used to judge your entry. This can be used as a basis from which to develop your approach to the evaluation of your learning and development and make a positive change.
Not only can this feedback have a positive outcome for you and/or your organisation in terms of making improvements, it can also increase your chances of success in the National Training Awards in the future as entries can be resubmitted in future years.
Participation in the National Training Awards also brings other benefits. The process of compiling your entry and the positive learning gained from the feedback is good preparation for Investors in People assessment. It can also help you consolidate and build on the Investors in People process in your organisation.
