The experience and commitment of our judges is vital to maintaining the National Training Awards´ status as the UK´s premier accolade for training and development.
We select our judges to ensure that each regional judging panel reflects a broad range of sector knowledge and experience so that every entry is treated fairly and judged on its merits. Each panel consists of around 15 judges, drawn from senior teams across the UK and with the ability to offer sound and robust judgments against the NTA entry criteria. Judges may enter the awards themselves but they are discouraged from sitting on the associated regional panel; they are instead encouraged to sit on an alternative panel in order to ensure fairness and impartiality in the judging process.
