Since the National Training Awards began in 1987 over 16,000 individuals and organisations have entered the awards and we have celebrated the achievements of 2000 National Training Award winners. The thrill of winning an award is obvious, but the National Training Awards have a far greater reach than individual success. The winners collectively demonstrate that the UK possesses a world-class highly trained and motivated workforce, and the knock-on effect is that this helps attract inward investment to the regions and nations of the UK.
Entering the National Training Awards is a boost for your business and inspiration for businesses everywhere.
Isn´t it time you entered?

"Our 2004 National Training Awards entry demonstrated how working in partnership with Deeside College helped Airbus achieve the results required to satisfy its apprentice programme strategy. Airbus and Deeside College continue to work together to develop these programmes and the NTA has given the Airbus Apprentice Programmes "best in class" bench marked status."
