The judging process
The National Training Awards are highly respected and valued because of our rigorous and objective 3 stage judging process.
Our Judges are expert volunteers who have had considerable experience in the world of training and have excellent knowledge of National Training Awards, sometimes being past winners themselves. Most importantly, they come from a variety of sectors and backgrounds to bring the widest range of expertise to each panel.
