Partnerships & Collaborations

This award is aimed at two or more organisations working together to design, deliver and evaluate learning. The award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate the impact and success created through the use of a collaborative approach to learning.

The main requirement is that each partner contributes significantly to the whole learning process.

Entries will be judged against the following criteria:

  • The organisation, teams and individual needs are clearly defined and measured
  • The learning and development activity is fit for purpose and resources are used effectively and efficiently
  • The delivery of learning and development activities benefits employers, individuals and/or society
  • The improved individual and team performance is maintained
  • The organisations can illustrate how the collaboration works and measure the benefits of working collaboratively

This category, rather than the Employer or Providing Education and Training categories, should be chosen when all partners have been significantly involved, have benefitted from the collaborative working relationship and want recognition for their contributions. One partner must act as the lead for the purposes of the entry; they will be the main point of contact for NTA.

Please refer to the entry guidance booklets for further details around each category.
